Question 1

How much will it cost?

Accepted Answer

Every project is different, so we do not publish prices. The estimate is free and in person: we look at the space, talk through what you want, and give you a clear written scope. There is no cost and no obligation.

Question 2

Can you come out and give us an estimate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Free painting estimates are what we are known for. Call (515) 664-4177 or send the estimate form and we will arrange a time to come out and look.

Question 3

We want it done right without a big mess.

Accepted Answer

That is a fair thing to ask about. We cover surfaces, tape edges, and keep the work area contained while we are there, and we clean up and walk through the finished work with you before we go.

Question 4

Can you paint the trim and doors, too?

Accepted Answer

Yes — trim, baseboard, crown molding, doors, and window frames. It is some of the most detailed work we do, and it is often what makes a freshly painted room look finished.

Question 5

We want to change the colors.

Accepted Answer

Color changes are part of most interior projects. We talk through what you are considering during the estimate so the scope accounts for the coverage a color change needs.

Question 6

The paint is peeling.

Accepted Answer

Peeling usually means the surface underneath needs attention before any new paint goes on. Surface preparation is the part of exterior work that determines how the finish holds up, so we look closely at it during the estimate.

Question 7

We're getting the house ready to sell.

Accepted Answer

We paint homes going on the market, and we can talk through which surfaces tend to make the most difference to how a house shows.

Question 8

Our business needs a fresh look.

Accepted Answer

We do commercial interior and exterior painting for offices, storefronts, and other business spaces, and we coordinate the work around how your space is used.

Question 9

Do you serve my area?

Accepted Answer

We serve Des Moines, Iowa and surrounding suburbs. If you are not sure whether your project is in range, call (515) 664-4177 and ask.

Question 10

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
